If you’re like me, you’ve probably found or heard of a “tool” published by a large national organization and thought, “That sounds good… but how does that actually work in practice?”. After several years testing out several different tools regarding community health assessments, strategic planning, building community health assessments, quality improvement, and many other topics, I found that there was no place I could go to where there was clear information regarding the challenges and strengths of different tools in different settings.
Because of this, I decided to create this page to give my personal experiences and perspectives after using some of these tools. This will include toolkits, email lists, databases, and other resources.
